Trade visitors are those professionals who plan and execute conferences, conventions, incentive trips/programmes, international congresses, product launches, staff training sessions, special events etc.
In order to qualify as a trade visitor, you will be asked at registration to provide details of the conferences, conventions etc. that you are planning. Your registration thus does not serve as confirmation of your participation – the organisers reserve the right to select and invite the trade visitors to access.
