GENERAL INFORMATION

access – the leading trade show for congresses, meetings and incentives – was founded by five umbrella organisations in 2004; since then, it has been the platform for all players from the Austrian meetings industry.

Over the course of two days, national and international organisers of conferences, meetings and incentives will be able to see for themselves what a broad range of products and services the Austrian meeting industry has to offer. In the past years, more than 1,800 national and international top-notch decision-makers from 15 countries used the opportunity of encountering 230 Austrian exhibitors.

The trade show is not only meant to present new destinations, hotels, event locations or agencies, it also offers interesting presentations on relevant topics in the framework of access academy.

Access 2010 and 2011 were designated a “Green Meeting” according to the Austrian eco-label scheme.

access 2012 will be hosted under the criteria of the Austrian ecolabel "Green Meetings".
