Access – the leading trade show for congresses, meetings and incentives – was created by the five sponsoring organisations that form the Organising Committee. Since then it has been the platform for all players in the Austrian conference industry.
For two days, national and international organisers of congresses, meetings and incentives are persuaded of the wide range of offers from the Austrian meetings industry. In past years each of the access trade shows has been attended by more than 1800 top decision makers from 15 nations, together with 200 Austrian exhibitors.
This professional trade show not only serves the purpose of learning about new destinations, hotels, event locations or agencies; it also offers interesting presentations on relevant topics within the framework of the access academy.
Access 2010 and 2011 were designated a “Green Meeting” according to the Austrian eco-label scheme.
access 2012 will be hosted under the criteria of the Austrian ecolabel "Green Meetings".
